Pangu Mystical Qigong is also known as the Heaven, Earth, Sun, and Moon Qigong. It is a discipline involving mystical ingredients developed by Mr. Ou Wen perfected by spending many years of doing extremely excruciating tempering coupled with cooperation with mystical power. Pangu as it is fondly called is patterned after characteristics of the human bodys physiological structure as it relates to the relationship of man and his Universe.

The art of Pangu was invented by Mr. Ou Wen and is patterned after the characteristics of the physiological structure of the body. Pangu gained popularity in the world and have had followers numbering in tens of to thousands in well over twenty countries across continents. Notable numbers are found in China, the United States, Europe and England.

Pangu Mystical Qigong is composed of what is called the Moving and the Non-moving components. The Moving Component takes emphasis on suppressing the evil and unleashing the good merit thereby healing the bodys disease.

The Non-moving Component then takes the body a step further. Its emphasis is on enhancing the bodys life force and thinking ability, and allows the body to explore its inborn ability and the energy to heal itself. Being able to perfect the Moving and the Non-moving Components is like being able to perfect the harmony or balance the Yin and Yang.

Pangu Mystical Qigong exercise is composed of the Moving and the Non-moving elements. The Moving element tries to restore the good nature of the self and suppress the evil or undesirable attitudes of the person. When this is achieved after years and years of practice, the Non-moving element then takes the person into the realm of the spiritual, developing the healing powers of the body. It emphasizes on developing the bodys life force and inborn energy to heal it self.

Practitioners of Pan Gu Mystical Qigong show kindness and tolerance with a strong and happy disposition. Practitioner all over the world show good results daily qigong routine. Among the many diseases reportedly cured include cancers, heart troubles, diabetes, and chronic disease as lupus erythematosus, rheumatism, and pajingshizhonghezheng.

Practitioners and not alike even say that practitioners have become younger in appearance. They reported gray hair turning black again and skin becoming smoother. Not only that, but claims also say that practitioners are living a happy, healthy and meaningful life again.
