Vaporizers and Health {By: Jay Adderley}
A vaporizer is a device used to heat herbs to a precise temperature at which the active compounds of the herbs are turned into a gas, to be inhaled. Vaporization serves as an alternative to combustion which is the burning and inhalation of both extra plant matter and desired compounds at very high temperatures.
Vaporization is considered better than smoking by a number of people because it cuts down and can virtually eliminate the inhalation of toxic by-products in smoke. Because they heat material to very specific temperatures vaporizers work by vaporizing just the active compounds. No combustion of herbs occurs.
When herbs are burned most of the white smoke that results is from the plant matter itself. It is in this area of the herb that many of the harmful compounds are found. In the case of most plants that are commonly smoked for medical purposes the active compounds become vapor and able to be ingested at temperatures far below the combustion temperature of the underlying material. By warming plant matter to the temperature needed to vaporize only the desired compounds there is no chance for combustion.
Many machines work by raising the temperature herbs and then passing the resulting vapor either through a tube to be ingested immediately or into a bag to be inhaled leisurely. Since there is generally very little smoke produced the smoker can enjoy cooler temperatures and a much nicer hit.
Aficionados of vaporization cite several benefits including stronger effects from the psychoactive elements and quicker onset as compared to other delivery options such as edibles. As an additional benefit the unhealthy effects of second hand smoke are greatly reduced.
Many people enjoy vaporizers and the special smoking experience they can provide. If you have never tried using a vaporizer contemporary designs are very easy to use. Many come equipped with digital controls and displays which allows for convenient heat control, the essential aspect of vaporization..

If the statistics are right, the Jews constitute but one percent of the human race. It suggests a nebulous dim puff of star dust lost in the blaze of the Milky Way. Properly the Jew ought hardly to be heard of, but he is heard of, has always been heard of. He is as prominent on the planet as any other people, and his commercial importance is extravagantly out of proportion to the smallness of his bulk. His contributions to the world's list of great names in literature, science, art, music, finance, medicine, and abstruse learning are also away out of proportion to the weakness of his numbers.
